Sustainable balance and emotional intelligence for managers and professionals

In an exhausting, often completely planned and transparent working day, it is not only professional performance, motivation and willingness that play a key role, but also the ability to keep life, i.e. your body, mind and emotions, in a good inner balance with your environment. You need to take frequent breaks from ALWAYS ON so that your body, soul and spirit can come along, sort themselves out and process/digest. If this is successful, natural energy can flow and you will have more strength to experience and achieve what is important to you. Sources of energy such as hope, belief in yourself and trusting your gut feeling are miraculous: you can draw on them without them diminishing. They don't dry up if you don't exhaust them.

However, if you somehow get stuck in meaningless boredom, anger, fear, envy, jealousy or (suppressed) rage, you remain in the drama and use up your energy trying to survive the fluctuations and keep the negative swings under control. Especially in demanding positions, life balance is a factor that is often underestimated. We deliberately don't talk about work-life balance, because we live when we work and also work on relationships, our home or house and organizational needs in our private lives. There are times when top performance is important. If they are constantly expected at work, by the environment, by the organization and, paradoxically, by ourselves, then we quickly get used to it and the result is that many things in our private lives are also suddenly viewed in terms of performance standards: we then want even more consumption, more vacations, more proof of love, more xyz, more higher, faster, further. In other words, the demands of the job - to radiate positive energy, even when things get difficult, to be able to convince and inspire, to be professionally excellent and at the same time to maintain good relationships with colleagues and stakeholders even in the face of contradictions - quickly collide with comparably high expectations from the family and social environment. This is often difficult to reconcile with the best will in the world and leads to our personal relationships.

Life Coaching Online:

Mental strength for professional success

If conflicts in one area of life persist for a longer period of time and it happens that they spread to other areas of life, this can lead to a real life crisis. Early warning signs such as physical and emotional exhaustion, concentration problems, sleep problems, pain of all kinds or social withdrawal are often overlooked. Life Coaching Online helps you to pause, take a mental vacation and experience a mental time-out, where there is room for reflection in the truest sense of the word and for building up mental strength. This allows you to reflect on your problematic life instead of avoiding it. If you're in a hurry, take things slowly and you'll be able to (re)find your inner strength and balance.
