Transformation Coaching with growth mind-set:
Yes, I can change my life and firmly believe I can.

The really good news about transformation coaching is that the necessary changes can be made effectively at different levels such as personality, team or organization. Achieving them requires different methods at the different levels, but what they really have in common is that they address habits of thought and behavior and require a corresponding investment of energy. That is the real art!
Changes at the personality level sometimes affect the basic forms of human existence, such as our own existence, our own love relationships and the way we deal with ourselves and subsequently with others. We need emotional depth work in order to overcome conflict-laden problems and significantly change, i.e. reduce, the problematic experience.

RECOGNIZE: To become aware of one's own sometimes toxic imprints, which have developed as a kind of protective strategy during the first phases of life and have become deeply imprinted in the nervous system and run automatically. As if controlled by an autopilot (known in neurobiology as the “activated default network of the brain”), those affected describe the feeling of being automatically controlled by others. They always claim that they would go to great lengths to get rid of it and try to suppress the darkness. Effective letting go, on the other hand, is about self-acceptance, self-knowledge and self-acceptance. Learning to take a loving look at your own development is a promising path to real change and takes time and attention. This is because recognizing your own part in creating the problems you feel represents a step towards maturing, stepping out of the shadow of projection and taking over conflicts from attachment figures.
NAME: What is it now? Which body sensation is dominant in which topic? What do you perceive in specific social situations? What thoughts preoccupy you? What do you think positively or negatively about yourself in these specific trigger situations? Which needs are violated? How do you react internally? What are your feelings? What images come up in certain triggering situations? How do you deal with pleasure temptations (excess food, sweets, consumption, drugs, sex, etc...)? How strong is the force that repeatedly drives you to ultimately undesirable behavior? These are typical questions for mental awareness training to recognize your own patterns.

CONFESS: Acknowledging your own contribution to the quality of your important relationship, your own “perpetration” towards yourself and your partner, work colleagues and friends. Confessions have a positive effect on relationships and are also the part that requires the most courage. Stepping out of the comfortable world of attributions and blame, out of the dynamics of disagreement and conflict that prevent closeness, means a real transformation of the unconscious conflict networks with current and reference persons from the past. Anyone who has ever crossed these thresholds, with or without the support of a counselor, knows how liberating it feels to no longer have to behave in a certain way in response to stress triggers, but to now feel the choice between stimulus and response growing within you.

Yes, we can change our Team Life.
We want to change our way-we-work and we believe in it.

Good leadership pays attention to constant team development, sufficient resources, if possible, and an appropriate selection of supporting work systems. Good leadership intervenes when team functions become dysfunctional and mental health appears to be at risk. If team results have become unimportant, it is more about status and ego, goals are kept extra low and thus reliability is avoided, ambiguity or even artificial harmony prevails, then trust is lacking and the fear of conflict grows. Good leadership therefore proactively initiates transformation coaching, makes building trust a priority, actively seeks out causes and conflicts, clarifies and promotes (self-)commitment. In other words, good leadership tackles difficult issues and problems and focuses on joint results with confidence.

We can change the world of work
Many organizations know what they should change and what is holding them back in terms of service provision and market access. If not, awareness still needs to be raised occasionally and diagnostic processes need to be initiated in a targeted manner in order to recognize more precisely where areas of action for change should lie. Wanting to shape the future with the help of visions, mission statements, value statements and stakeholder strategies is often a different matter in practice, and the homework of an integrated approach often needs to be checked. It is not the same whether communication and learning processes are initiated with a 'bomb-throwing strategy' or with a more or less strong participatory approach. The strategic and technical-infrastructural system is still relatively easy to assess. Dealing with people, with dynamics among the relevant groups, with the entire social climate is challenging in times of transformation. However, with the help of jointly developed maps of transformation, entire areas and organizations can also succeed in consciously changing along a transformation path that is consistent with the goal. Where do we come from? Where do we want to go? What painful facts do we then have to face? Simple questions that clarify the need for change. Once this has been worked out, we need to experience the changes with courage, humility and confidence and believe that we can find and implement intelligent solutions together. This means Transformation Coaching at the level of organizational development.
